1) Trial Period

Hypper.io offers a 10-day free trial for new users, allowing them to explore the features of the Basic Plan on the platform, including a 10-day free trial of Chatbot Flows (add-on).

2) Subscription Services

After the free trial, users subscribing to any of Hypper.io's paid services are not eligible for a refund. The free trial is designed for users to experience all services and make an informed decision about continuing with the Hypper.io platform. If unsatisfied, users can cancel their free trial anytime without incurring charges. Subscribed users cannot claim a refund but can cancel their subscription to avoid charges in the subsequent month.

3) Non-Refundable Services

All Hypper.io services, including charges for a Hypper.io Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons, or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the inherent nature of the service and the associated costs incurred by Hypper.io. This includes one-time Chatbot development and other one-time setup payments.

4) Technical Issues

If users face continuous technical issues impeding effective service utilization, and these issues are verified by Hypper.io's support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at the discretion of Hypper.io.

5) Unauthorized Charges

For unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users should promptly contact Hypper.io support. Upon verification, Hypper.io will issue a full refund.

6) Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations become effective at the end of the ongoing billing cycle, and users will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period, except under special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
